Return Deadline
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return a product.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
• Be unused and in perfect condition.
• Be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
• Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
3. Carefully package the product and ship it to the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure receipt of your return.
Refunds
Once the product has been returned and inspected:
• We will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at contact@revixboost.com.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Products on sale or on final sale
For razors, a 100-day return guarantee is included.
